buildroot-20071027 integration
update buidlroot package to daily snapshoot buildroot-20071027 (Jorasse)
Changelog
- fixed g++ compilation failure
- remove fbset patches (now part of busybox)
- remove samba patches (now part of buildroot)
- remove some obsolete patch
- adapt target menu options look&feel to the new buildroot model
- move options ch7024ctrl & max5821ctrl to package selection menu
- added uClibc patch to fix initialisation of the variable __progname
